We took our 12 year old to see Mr Nejad with hip problems as he walked funny. We were very worried but Mr Nejad told us there was nothing to worry about and he would grow out of it and t was all muscle related. We were not happy with his progress and so went to see dr theologis in Oxford who was much more thorough and organised special tests that Mr a Nejad dismissed. He now needs surgery and we feel we lost time wasting an appointment with mr Nejad. If your child has walking problems always get a second opinion as we trusted this doctor and feel let down.

I saw this Dr today with my 13 year old daughter for a second opinion on a clunking hip, which we thought was down to growing too quickly. He was very pleasant and made my daughter feel comfortable enough to talk about the problem by herself. He asked all the right questions and listened. Gave us some good feedback on what he thought the problem was and made many suggestions as to how we try and make it better whilst she is still growing. I personally am feeling much less worried now and hopefully with the treatment plan suggested she will manage to keep out of pain until she stops growing and all of her muscles and ligaments have caught up with her bones !

I am struggling a little in writing this feedback. I have read through all of the other reviews many of which are very negative and some positive. On the positive side I found this doctor to be friendly and attentive but on the negative side I did find the organisation a bit poor and I have to go back for results which is frustrating as I have to pay again which seems less than fair. Also he did ask me for a positive review which made me question the credibility of the positive comments.

Great specialist, fantastic attention to detail and really trustworthy surgeon. Dr Hashemi-Nejad made me feel at ease before the operation, provided a full debrief after and I was well informed throughout stay at the hospital and after through follow up appointments. Highly recommended.

Dr. Nejad is great specialist in his field altogether with a finest team he’s got behind. Very informative, honest and professional. Thanks to Dr. Nejad knowledge and quick decision our little baby started walking again. Thank you
